Hello everyone! I am Hadif and as a proud member of LUMSOC, I am honored to announce my candidacy for the position of Vice President for our beloved Malaysian society! With a burning passion to make Leeds feel like home for all of us, I believe in the spirit of togetherness and inclusivity. My promise is to acknowledge and uphold the voices of our fellow Malaysians, while driving the society forward as a whole.

With many goals in mind, I believe that we can achieve so much together as a society. I myself am no hero, but with your votes, it will surely inspire me to work diligently to cater the needs of our society. Together, we can help each other and make LUMSOC great!

My name is Danial Bazli bin Mohd Rosli, and I am running for the Vice President position. A little bit about my background, coming from educators' family, I have been raised thoroughly to be brave enough to speak and mingle with others, including those in higher positions than me. That may be one of the reasons behind my burning passion for joining debates, public speaking competitions, and forums.

Of course, those are not the only qualities that I possess; I believe firmly that I am a very friendly, compassionate, resilient, and caring person too : D. With these attributes, I am looking to utilise them to bring forward positive changes in LUMSoc.

I aim to pursue all three aspects of LUMSoc's handling of both the society itself and the events it will host in the future. I am looking forward to improvise the academic support system for Malaysian students so that no one would feel helpless at all, increase the integration between people of diverse backgrounds in society, and hosting more fun events that are not hollow but full of values (be it culturally, academically, or other positive values).

Fellow friends, all these things will only happen if you decided to put your trust and vote in me. If I ever manage to get this position, I will not be able to fully guarantee that every promise I make will be fulfilled perfectly, as there will be more challenges that may hinder its accomplishments in the future. But one thing is for sure: It will be a great honour for me to serve and lead the members of society, and that is a good enough reason for me to try my best in realising the promises I made.
