Hey, everyone! I'm Aleem, a first-year studying for a BSc of Environmental Science (read as nature enthusiast) and I am delighted to contest for the role of Secretary for LUMSoc!

Just like trees bear intricate roots to bridge the whole forest together, a healthy and thriving community needs connectivity that allows its individuals to get support. I believe that to get this support, easy access to these resources and higher engagement between the committees and members to reach this goal.

With the tools readily available within arm’s reach, I hope to serve the Malaysian community in Leeds to get the help needed for the duration of time that we are here. When push comes to shove, our roots are where we can go back to.

Hello Guys,

I run for secretaries as I desire challenge to improve myself. Secretary jobs need traits such as being meticulous and discipline. As a person who understands the structure of LUMsoc from my experience as a shadow, I am very well aware of the hurdle I will face if I am chosen as the secretary.

Nevertheless, if I am blessed with the role, I aim to keep improving the system of LUMsoc in all aspects while managing flawless secretarial work.
