Hong Kong Society Committees Election 2026

Responsible for coordination and provide administrative support for the team
Prepare meetings agenda and be responsible for minutes taking
Keeping the society information and other paperwork updated and organised
Communicates internally (to members) and externally (to other societies/sponsors) on behalf of the committees (e.g. answer emails, questions, and advice raised by fellow members, etc.)
Entails helping all committee members with events and other responsibilities especially assisting the vice president in the Quintuplet Alliance
