Hello! My name is Beatrice, a first year Geology student. I am running for the secretary position for RocSoc 2026/27!
For the society to run smoothly, having an organised and communicative secretary is essential and I believe I fit this role perfectly! As a detail‑oriented person who thrives on structure (and genuinely enjoys writing emails to voice my opinion…), I’m confident that I can keep everything running efficiently behind the scenes.
If elected, I will make sure that committee meetings are clearly documented, emails are responded to promptly and event approvals and ticket uploads are handled on time. Im also excited to work closely with the Social Secretary to ensure events are fun and well planned.
Becoming secretary will ensure that RocSoc is an action packed, well thought out and welcoming society.
