The women's welfare secretaries, alongside the men's welfare secretaries, will serve as group leaders during social events and ensure that they run smoothly. They also serve as a point of contact for members of the society should a concern need to be raised during an event or otherwise.
Due to the nature of this role, they are expected to be available to attend as many of the events as they can - however there will be flexibility for genuine circumstances.
