Salaam everyone! My name is Ghaus and I am running for Education officer at LMDSoc this year. I'm here to clear up any confusion regarding academia and what's to come for the future of dental students and hygiene therapists.

My goal in this position would be to help enrich dental students in many disciplines, from talks given by leading specialists in their chosen fields to revision sessions for modules. I also have a passion for teaching so I hope even I can shed light on questions you may have in the world of dentistry.

Salaam! I'm Yusra, a 4th year dental student and I'm running for the role of Education Officer. I'm very passionate about this newly formed society and would be honoured to be a part of its committee. A society led by dental students FOR dental students means that we all know the struggle and challenges involved in the academic side of dental school. Educational events run by the LMD society will be invaluable to everyone, especially considering it will be organised by students who are all in the same academic boat, and I would love to be involved in organising such events. I would be open to listening to people's ideas/suggestions and do my best to help deliver engaging talks and events. So please feel free to vote for me :)
