Organise and coordinate all weekly socials and ensure they run smoothly.

Establish and maintain frequent communication with the venues used for socials (RPP, Packhorse, Popworld).

Responsible for contacting and making arrangements at all pubs for the Otley Run, as well as ordering the t-shirts.

Coordinate and organise all Tour arrangements, Pre-tour and tour stash.

Organise key social events including: Christmas curry, Duke of Bin, Snakebite challenge and Beer Olympics.

Coordinate with the Alumni Secretary and the Girl’s club to organise Alumni Weekend and the Ball.

Ensure LUU social guidelines are followed at all times.

Attend all committee meetings.

Attend compulsory Union-led meetings and workshops for club committees.
