Organise all coaches for away BUCS fixtures.
Liaises with Leeds Sport coordinator for organisation of BUCS fixtures.
Coordinate with Carl to organise umpires for BUCS and Saturday hockey fixtures.
Oversee the Assistant General Secretary.
Management of rearranged fixtures and cancellations in collaboration with the Assistant General Secretary.
Coordinate with Carl to organise coaching and umpiring courses.
Act as a member of the Disciplinary Committee, responsible for resolving all club disciplinary incidents, deciding on punishment for members involved if appropriate.
Attend all compulsory Union-led events for club committees.
Attend any disciplinary meetings with the union.
Take the lead on all track and trace activities and admin (if necessary)
Attend all committee meetings.
