Hi, my name is Fechi - I'm a 4th year med, running for publicity rep! I am really passionate about global health and find MSF to be an inspiring organisation. As a result I am keen to intercalate in public/global health. I believe that effective communication online are vital for engagement and fundraising for this society. By using a wide range of social media platforms that I am experienced with, and on-campus promotions - I will ensure our events reach a wide range of students. Hi everyone, I’m Ruby and I’m applying to be your new Publicity Officer :)
I have attended several Friends of MSF events over my last few years here at Leeds and have been inspired to intercalate in International Health this year. I have also been following the work of MSF for a while now and think 'MSF Mondays' is an excellent idea that I would be really keen to contribute towards!

A few years ago, I designed the logo for my local GP which can now be seen on the side of their practice car which I guess you could count as experience designing healthcare-related things! I am generally quite a creative person and would really enjoy creating some eye-catching posts to advertise your incredible events in the upcoming year!

I also have experience on other committees such as Wilderness Medicine society and Swing Dance society. I helped organise and run Leeds Swing Revolution with over 250 attendees and I feel I gained valuable experience from this in terms of running and advertising large-scale events that would be useful in this position as your new Publicity Officer.

Hey I’m Sophia - I am a 3rd year medical student applying to be part of the FoMSF committee this year as publicity rep. This is a great opportunity for me to work with some passionate people to raise money and awareness of the fantastic work done by Medicins Sans Frontières. Throughout the year, I will commit to assisting in the management of social media accounts, distributing posters and promoting society events! I will always remember to focus attention to current health emergencies across the globe.
I am organised and dedicated. I will find creative ways in which we can encourage involvement in this society and raise as much money as possible! My interest in MSF began when I took the languages without borders course in first year and am excited to explore more about this amazing charity!
