The role of the VP involves working behind the scenes and ensuring smooth running of the society. It requires having a good context of most aspects of the club and helping out when things are unclear.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate committee meetings
- Involvement in all committee roles
- Assist president in administrative works, making decisions, and planning
- Oversees and delegates tasks within committee
The workload varies week by week but making sure things get done is key. Being a VP requires multitasking and empathy. The role has really broadened my perspective and I’ve enjoyed most being able to help people and see them grow throughout the year.
