This year’s AGM will be at the Bains Wing SR G.36 room at 7:30. We will be electing the new committee members for the next academic year. EXCITING !!! Join us for the meeting as all LUUCaS members are invited and are encouraged to be a part. The nominations for the different roles will open on the 15th of April and close on the 25th of April at 8:30 AM. Voting will start on the 25th of April at 9 AM and close on the 29th of April at 7:30 PM. VOTE VOTE VOTE !!! We will advertise nomination and voting periods on social media to remind you !

Committee is composed of 3 core roles : President, Secretary and Treasurer. They have to be filled in order for the club to be recognised by the union. There is also Tackle Officer, Caving Officer/s, Social Secretary, Social Media Secretary and Welfare Officer. The club runs very smoothly for everyone when all roles are filled and taken seriously. It is truly a beautiful and fulfilling experience to be part of committee and help organise caving for so many keen cavers! If you have any questions or would like to talk about it, please contact any committee member. It will be a pleasure for us to help out!
