Hi everyone, I'm Zuzanna, I am a second year Film, Photography and Media student. I've been part of LSR since first year and have been part of a couple of shows including: It's Worth A Shot, Wednesday Hometime, and Box Office. Being part of LSR for two years now, has given me a good understanding of the way the society runs, so I'd love to be on committee next year.
This year I was also on committee for LSTV as the Social Sec, so I'm very organised and have learnt to work round people's schedules.

As Programme Controller I would want to get the most people involved as possible, therefore I would adapt the schedule to fit 30-minute slots as well as fortnightly shows. I would work closely with the Station Manager and the rest of committee to give as many people a chance.

LSR Presents: I would want to collaborate with more societies, expanding our reach as a society, but also for LSR presents to be an opportunity for new people to get involved or those who didn't get a show they wanted.

I would also want to implement a better system for when people can't make it to their shows and a slot is open. I think it would be beneficial to make a big WhatsApp group where people can easily announce when a slot is free.
