The Social Secretary is the life and party of Table Tennis! They should be the beating heart of TT socials and endeavour to create amazing memories for the rest of the club - their specific responsibilities include:
- Organising the club’s social calendar including planning and advertising the socials.
- Ensure a regular and varied programme of socials is planned.
- Manage or delegate the running of the social on the day, including safe travel to/from the event.
- Ensure a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment at all socials.
- Try to be a well-known, friendly face around the club and encourage people’s participation in events.
