Hey!
I’m Georgie a 2nd year Liberal Arts student (my major is politics) and I am running for Vice-President! I have now been in VF for 2 years and this year I have been your Showcase Rep. As your Vice-Pres I promise to be a friendly face for members to speak to, a guiding voice when aiding the rest of the committee and provide reliable support for the President!

Being Showcase Rep meant I communicated across the society to members, instructors, and other societies. As Vice-President, I'd like to apply what I've learned from being Showcase Rep to benefit the entire throughout the year!

• Vertical Fitness is already a supportive and friendly community, but we can make it even better. VF should not only be a place for fitness classes but also personal growth and friendships. To encourage this, we can promote social interactions during classes and events, and use name tags during freshers' week to make introductions easier.
• I want there to be more aerial-specific workshops, such as a lollipop, doubles, acro, performance skills, ground skills and more!
• Innovative society collaborations that mutually and equally benefit our members! For example, I’d love to see us collaborate with other societies on a series of events for International Women’s Day!
• I’d want to see committee-wide meetings and meet-ups implemented so we know how we can best cooperate as a committee and support each other!
• I would like the committee's decisions to be guided by the feedback of its members. This means that I believe we should establish a consistent and easily accessible form for members to share their feedback. We can then use this feedback to inform important decisions such as choosing the timetable.

Hi, I am Tilly. I am going into my final year of BSc History and Philosophy of Science and Physics and have been in VF for 2 years now. This past year I really enjoyed being part of committee and would like to continue next year as vice president. I think I am a good fit for this position as I have already been on committee, I am passionate about the society and passionate about dance as a whole.
