Roles and Responsibilities for First Year Representative:
- Have an interest in enhancing collaboration between year groups.
- Be a point of contact for the first years.
- Receive and give feedback to the society on the needs and desires of the first years.
- Be a friendly and welcoming student representative.
- Bring ideas on how to integrate the first years socially within the school and society.
- Bring ideas on how to make the first years feel welcomed and minimise feeling overwhelmed in their first year.
