Hello, my name is Macy. I am studying psychology.
In secondary I had been the president in concert band so I familiar with being the bridge of communication between teacher and members. I learnt how to listen to complaints and present them decently. Since reporting problem without hurt or blame someone is the key of solving problem. Therefore, my goal is everyone could enjoy their society activity.
I am passion in connecting with people that is the reason I major in psychology. I do not mind if you would like to express yours complaint in writen form. Of course, you could also speak to me directly. Please feel free to tell me if you meet any difficulties as a new member. You've probably seen me around or will see me. Since they're so fun, I plan on doing most shows, so you can always find me for a chat. I want to hear what you need and see how backstage can make that happen. I would like to plan more training sessions, to equip people with more skills to crew and design a show, without the stress of having to do a full show week.
