Hi my name is Ayesha and I would love to be the social media secretary of the Dodgeball society. I can see that this society has the potential to be so much bigger and better and I would love to help get it there by promoting it on all platforms of social media using eye-catching and engaging designs and regular posting. I would work with the rest of the team and manage the events to have regular games that are affordable and at multiple times so everyone can make it. We would also have socials, both drinking and non-drinking to accommodate, so teams can mix and get to know each other better as its always more fun to play with friends. I will make sure to reply to messages and keep everyone updated, as well as, being available to take suggestions which I can relay to the rest of the committee. Overall I believe I would fit this role and love to be a part of the Dodgeball committee!

I am Murtada and I am running to be your Social Media Sec! I have been a part of the society for the past year( known for my jumpy dodges!) and I was involved in the first time Leeds Uni has been part of the regional leagues.

My policies for next year:
• I aspire to make everyone feel included in the society from casual to the more competitive play especially as the society continues to grow in regional league. I hope to help organise more competitive training sessions with Leeds Dodge while still having weekly fun relaxed training sessions.
• Keep the Facebook page and group chat updated and regular posts after each socials or competitive events.
• Help the society continue to grow by being more active on the Facebook group and have more people sign up by advertising in freshers fair and through the societies give it a go!
