Social Secretary

Responsibilities

-Organise and run weekly socials

-Get in contact with event organisers (secure black cards for committee, secure discounted club entry and tickets for society)

-Handle communication with club members in the clubs’ direct messages

-Organise and handle communication in the group chat

-Be present at training and all socials 

-Organise photographer for BUCS and Varsity up to date content on socials

-Organise possible events (e.g. tour)

-Help with Varsity organisation

-Organise annual photoshoot for the team
