- Leader in absence of Scheme Coordinator – support the wider committee.

-Ensuring only Full and Ex-Officio Members are given an opportunity to vote in society elections
- Aid president in liaising with LUU on any matters
-Submit compliance documents to LUU (Constitution, Social Agreement, AGM Minutes, Annual Risk Assessment).
-Organise, document and distribute minutes for committee meetings.
-Book rooms and complete risk assessments for events.
-Act as a signatory for the cash office account at LUU.
