The Secretary is the administrative backbone of the society. You'll maintain meeting records, manage communications with members, organize AGMs and events, keep the society's documentation up to date, and ensure compliance with LUU guidelines. You'll coordinate between the committee and membership, handle scheduling, and support the President in administrative tasks. This role is ideal if you're organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly.
