● Ensuring that all monies are deposited promptly at the Finance Office.
● Paying all invoices and recording information within tight timeframes.
● Budgeting for the year in advance.
● Supervise all matters regarding money, and take ultimate responsibility for financial matters.
● Complete risk assessments for any events
● Invoicing sponsorship promptly, and maintaining an amicable relationship with all contacts.
