Position TEDx Society as a global connector, facilitating collaborative events with other TEDx chapters worldwide. My entrepreneurial journey as the founder of Jamega {An e-commerce brand with an initiative to reinvent and promote traditional Indian textile} has equipped me with invaluable skills in strategic planning, innovation, and resource optimization. I have successfully led teams through uncertainties, ensuring that our initiatives remain both sustainable and aligned with our core values.
Team Building and Collaboration:
The key to my entrepreneurial success has been fostering a flourishing environment conducive to excellent teamwork. During my presidency, I intend to draw on this background to create a culture of collaboration and innovation within the committee. Together, we will inspire each other, leverage our unique strengths, and create a culture where innovation thrives.
Strategic Marketing & Stakeholder Management:
In the world of business, I immersed myself in strategic marketing—crafting plans to efficiently connect with audiences. Additionally, My AIESEC journey sharpened my abilities in effective communication and stakeholder engagement. As the Team Lead Customer Experience and University Relations, I built strong connections by representing the organization, fostering ties with three universities in our division. As your President, I will passionately champion TEDx, forging powerful partnerships to amplify our influence at the University of Leeds and beyond.
Event Planning, Execution & Operations
I had an exhilarating experience organizing events like the Youth Speak Forum with AIESEC. As the VP of Public Relations, I successfully on boarded COCA COLA as our primary sponsor. Notably, we featured speakers such as Anurag Asati (Cofounder, Kabadiwala) and Sanjana Singh (First transgender to secure a government job in MP State), adding significant value to the event. As President, I'll utilize these abilities to deliver compelling events, ensuring a rich and diverse experience for our community.
With six years of diverse experience, I'm eager to lead TEDx Society to new heights. My entrepreneurial insight and organizational finesse will cultivate collaboration and inclusivity.
