Being both an active member of LSR this year, working both on air co-hosting weekend show Leeds What's Happening as well as off air co-hosting, creating and editing podcasts The Fashion Show and Girls Allowed, I believe I am the perfect person for this role. I know not only the technical side of podcasting in recording and editing but also the creative side of owning a podcast such as the marketing on various platforms, creating edits and social media posts. I'd be delighted to share
personal ideas as well as help nurture the ideas of others, ensuring people's queries and concerns get heard as well as making them feel welcome with LSR. I have big ideas in terms of podcasting development, such as trying to procure interviews with successful podcasters in order to aid the creation of new ones. Vote Rose!

As Head of Podcasting, I aim to assist in elevating every podcast on our platform. I plan to use the newly refurbished studio to introduce video content, making our podcasts more dynamic, accessible, and promotable. Additionally, I will prioritize expanding the @lsrondemand Instagram account, ensuring that each podcast receives tailored promotional support to enhance visibility and listener engagement.

With my proven track record in innovative content for Frenemy Files, creation, promotional strategies, and an understanding of audience engagement, I am prepared to take on this role.
