Programme Controller

As LSR’s programme controller you are responsible for;

• Overseeing the LSR show schedule ie. changes or additions to core shows 
• Approving applications and allocating ‘Own Shows’ 
• Coordinating guests and producers for ‘LSR society spotlight’ and content for ‘LSR Out n’ About’ 

Some things that Tom Horn (Programme controller 2023/24) has made happen in the role this year include…

• Launched the ‘Out n’ About’ slot on Saturday to encourage LSR to get out and about in our community!!
• Pioneered the very first ‘Sound of Christmas in Leeds’ which saw our biggest cross station broadcast in living memory here at LSR! (You might even say he sparkled and shined!)
• Invited over 20 fellow LUU clubs and societies into our studios to self promote live on air!
