Hiya, I'm Ruby Brown, a first-year International Business student and I am applying to be LUBS General Secretary. I am a driven and motivated induvidual which is a necessary attribute to being a secretary, especially for such a big society like LUBS.
I have previous and ongoing experience working for LUBS, ensuring my ability to be organised. I will support other members of the society and maintain a structured organisation.

Hey LUBS! I’m going into my final-year of Business Management, currently on an industrial placement at Pernod Ricard, and I’m passionate about helping other students secure placements of their own. Having previously served as LUBS Social Secretary, I have firsthand experience supporting the committee, and organising events like the secret social, pub quizes and the bobbies £1.5k freshers social, creating incredible socials for members.

If elected, I will put members at the heart of everything I do by actively using your feedback and ideas to shape events, workshops, and opportunities. I’m committed to keeping the society organised and running smoothly through clear communication, strong collaboration with the executive team, and a focus on maintaining the society’s financial health.
