Hi everyone, I am Althea. I am a dedicated and passionate student with a strong foundation in International Relations, eager to contribute to the Enactus Society in University of Leeds in the role of Head of Human Resources. With a background in understanding diverse cultures and complex global issues, I would like to bring a strategic approach to human capital management, aiming to create a supportive, inclusive and cohesive team environment within the Enactus Society.

With a strong foundation in HR , I’m eager to bring my expertise and dedication to the role of Head of HR for Enactus Leeds. Having worked extensively in HR within SME, I understand the importance of fostering a supportive, collaborative, and innovative team culture.

As Head of HR, I would focus on cultivating an environment where team members feel valued, empowered, and inspired to contribute their best ideas. I bring proven skills in managing people, organizing effective meetings, and implementing strategic HR practices that align with Enactus’s mission.
