Hi, my name is Annierudh Mahesh and I am currently studying MSc Biotechnology with Business Enterprise. My interest in HR stems from my ability to connect with others and develop meaningful relationships, both in the workplace and in my personal life. My previous experience as a Sports Secretary in other student committees has led me to develop team-working skills, as well as the ability to listen carefully to the needs of other students, taking into consideration any concerns and trying to address their concerns to the best of my ability.

My outgoing nature as well as my welcoming personality will further allow me to assist with society events as well as invite collaboration between other societies and universities, making me an ideal candidate for the position of Master’s Rep for the HRM Society.

Hello, I am Jocelyn Cheng, a postgraduate student in Human Resource Management. I am passionate about assisting others in problem-solving and working with people, especially collaborating with a group pursuing the same goal. Throughout my past HR internship experiences, I had the opportunity to learn diverse HR strategies within organisations, including recruitment, training, onboarding process, etc. However, before I started my internship, I suffered from feeling anxious and confused about my career. By serving as a Representative, I am willing to share my journey in the HRM sphere and assist students in gaining a further understanding of Human Resources Management.

In addition, I was a member of the University Student Association and served as a coordinator of diverse events during my undergrad. I am effective in cooperating with teams and executing projects. I firmly believe that my experience in teamwork, leadership, and HR domain would be valuable for this society.
