I want to be a second year student representative for the HRM society as i am eager to represent my peers and committed to strengthening the society. I believe i will do this by working closely with the core committee and using my strong organisational skills to effectively communicate and give constructive feedback from my peers. In addition to studying HRM for a year, my knowledge will be valuable to allow me to be a dedicated representative whilst learning skills along the way!

Hello! I am Naaz, a second year student studying Business Management with Marketing. I would love to be a part of the Human Resource Society and make everyone’s second year a remarkable and memorable one. I am ready to engage with the committee members to help organise events to create new friendships and increase networking by meeting professionals from different companies/industries.

Having previously taken on leadership roles, such as serving as the student council of my high school, I have developed strong communication and teamwork skills. This experience has shown me the importance of representing my peers in a fair manner and making an inclusive environment, which is why I would love to be a part of the committee and make second years feel comfortable to join the Human Resource Society. I am an easy going person and if chosen, I promise to prioritise and listen to every individual’s needs.

I am excited to nominate myself for the role of HRM society representative, with a passion for hrm and desire to contribute to our society’s future, I believe I have the skills, dedication, and good personality to make a positive impact.
I love organizing things and making sure events run smoothly. Whether it’s workshops, talks, or networking sessions, I’m confident that I can help plan and promote activities that everyone will enjoy and benefit from.
I’m a good listener and easy to talk to, so I think I’d be a great go-between for society members and the committee. If there’s feedback or concerns, I’ll make sure it’ s heard and do my best to address it. Creating a supportive community is really important to me.
I love meeting new people and connecting with others， whether it's establishing partnerships with other societies or inviting external speakers to share their insights, I am always enthusiastic about building relationships that can open up new opportunities for our society.
I believe my enthusiasm, strong organizational skills, and ability to connect with others will make a difference. I’m excited about the chance to take on this role and help the society grow!
