We are electing 2 Social & Welfare Secretaries, who will split the tasks between them.

Main responsibilities of the Social & Welfare Secretaries include: 

• Safeguarding & welfare point of contact
• Organise a minimum of 1 social per week, including a range of drinking and sober socials
• Attend socials - at least one social secretary must attend every social and there should be one sober social secretary at each drinking social.
• Organise and host the End of Year Dinner
• Communicate with the social media secretary to publicise socials via Instagram
• Communicate with the secretary to publicise socials via the weekly newsletter
• Work alongside the treasurer to secure and monitor finance for socials
