The Head of Student Affairs shall be responsible for:

a. Overseeing and leading the Student Affairs Team;

b. Acting as the main point of contact with the LUU Politics and Engagement Officer, LUU Faith Rep, and the University’s Muslim Chaplain;

c. Ensuring the needs of Muslim students to practice their faith freely and comfortably are addressed whether through LUU or directly by the University;

d. Ensuring the Muslim students on campus are well-represented and supported by the Union and the Society;

e. Addressing any concerns Muslim Students may have with regards to their faith and their studies;

f. Fostering good relations between the Society and other Muslim and faith societies, and

g. Representing Muslims in political affairs and student politics where necessary.
