• Manage training feedback form and ensure sensible solutions and improvements to any issues.
• Secure opportunities for members to participate in fight nights in the UK (e.g. liasing with other unis, sharing info with members, finding transport and accommodation, if need be).
• Act as a mentor for assistant instructors and work with with coaching team to give feedback 
• Be a role model and motivator to people training in class, grading and competing. 
• Secure and organise discounted classes for Kickboxing in an external gym outside term time.
• Provide help to the Committee where needed.
• Collaborate with the President to provide input in all areas of committee and classes, but primarily training and UKC.
•  Help in managing and organising the UKC 2027.
•  Organise and carry out mini 'UKC bootcamp' (e.g. mentoring,
  UKC prep classes and 5K runs).

REQUIRMENTS: 

•   Must be red belt or above.
•   Must enjoy sparring and be knowledgable about sparring.
•   Must have competed in at least one kickboxing fight/tournament (includes UKC).
•   Must be able to accompany fighters to fight nights and corner them (at least once in the 26/27 period).
