- Submit a detailed statement of accounts for the year to the Club/Society's Annual General Meeting
- Keep an up-to-date history of who purchases term passes
- Submit forms for card machine access
- Manage instructors' contracts (renewing contracts)
- Ensure the instructor's invoices are expensed on time
- Manage the society's finances and create budgets
- Maintain up-to-date accounts with LUU Cash Office
- Submit grant applications to Activities Executive
