Organise a socials calendar before the start of each semester and submit it to commitee for review
Maintain professional relationships with organisations and venues where the society's activities take place
Gather black cards and obtain discount codes for nights out in enough time
Communicate with members in ample time and as clearly as possible regarding socials
Create socials which include but are not limited to: Fridge-to
Fridges, Sober Socials (e.g. climbing, go karting, Ninja Warrior), Collabs with other LUU societies (e.g. Otley Runs, F2F etc.), The Christmas Meal, The Martial Arts Ball, etc.
Organise 2 fundraisers a year minimum to be ran by volunteers and/or committee (Movember, Breast Cancer
Month, IWD etc.)
Coordinate with the Social Media Managers to have a monthly social calendar out on IG, as well as general events' posts
