- Support the president in overseeing the club by ensuring emails and IG messages are constantly monitored and appropriately answered
- Manage room bookings for training sessions
- Manage social media messages on Whatsapp and Instagram.
- Communicate with the President when important information comes up (e.g. training days, GIAG opportunities)
- Secure Kickboxing's place at the annual LUU Society Photoshoot and let members know
- Ensure all paperwork is approved by LUU at the start of the year
- Collect sign-ups for UKC and the entry fees
- Assist with UKC organisation (emailing unis and gathering volunteers)
- During Summer 2026, email and secure discount codes for members at local restaurants or stores (optional)
