Hello everyone! I’m Nimra and I’m excited to put myself forward as Sonographer Representative for our BSc Medical Ultrasound cohort. Being part of the first-ever undergraduate cohort is a privilege, and it gives us the chance to shape the path for future students within the wider radiography community.

As members of RadSoc, we’re not just learning—we’re helping build a strong identity for undergraduate sonographers. Our experiences, ideas, and challenges can influence how this role continues to grow within the society, and I would love to be the person who communicates these on behalf of our group.

If elected, I will:
• Represent our cohort’s voice to staff and RadSoc
• Make sure concerns are raised confidently, respectfully, and constructively
• Encourage an environment that feels welcoming, supportive, and enjoyable
• Celebrate our achievements and help us stay connected as a team
• Keep things fun while ensuring our voices are heard

I am approachable, organised, and enthusiastic about contributing to our development as future sonographers. Together, we can make this experience memorable, meaningful, and something that sets a strong foundation for the cohorts who follow.
