The elected equipment officer would have the following responsibilities:

• Test society equipment and prepare society equipment for events
• maintain an inventory of all society equipment, including the conditions of the equipment
• Advise other committee members on what equipment we can use for society events
• Advise on future society equipment purchases and selling of society equipment we no longer need
