Deciding the direction the society follows throughout the academic year
Motivating and staying in close contact with all members of committee and partners
Being fully aware and responsible for the actions of the Committee
Monitoring the development of society and managing it in a fair, kind way
Being a main point of contact for each person and organisation interacting with the Women in Leadership Society, inside and outside University
Organising and overseeing all activities taken place within University
Producing annual report and application for awards
Chairing committee meetings and collaboration talks
Being involved in every society event, and assisting Directors and other committee members with whatever they are working on
Resolving any issues around society, committee and society members
Managing all paid sponsorships for the academic year of 2024/2025
Being responsible for all the contact with sponsors alongside the President
Signing contracts with sponsors and managing payment processes
Making sure all sponsors are happy with WILS activities
Scheduling events and promotions that sponsors expect from WILS
Looking for new sponsorship opportunities
Deciding whether sponsors are a valuable company to be collaborating with WILS
Scheduling calls with sponsors throughout the year
Preparing sponsorship brochure and sponsorship levels
Approving sponsorships proposals that other committee members found (together with the President)
