- Maintaining membership records containing at least the name and Student card number, if applicable, of all the Activity Group’s members.
- Producing agenda documents for all meetings.
- Maintaining a written record of all meetings & responsible for uploading recordings of meetings to the drive
- Maintaining an up-to-date copy of the Activity Group constitution.
- Monitoring the development and the success of the society and come up with innovative ideas to positively promote the society.
- Reporting regularly to the President and other committee members on your activities.
- Submitting all compliance documents at the start
- Running the annual AGM (to take place in 2025).
