- To act as the primary link between LUUMHC and its alumni.
- Develop and improve communications between LUUMHC and alumni to increase engagement.
- Coordinate with the Social Secretaries and the Girl’s club to arrange and run Alumni Weekend and ball, ensuring all details are given to the alumni well in advance.
- Communicate all keys events to alumni, such as the Otley run and Alumni Weekend.
- Order and distribute Fruity tickets for alumni for key weekends, specifically the Otley run and Alumni Weekend.
- Attend all committee meetings.
- Attend compulsory Union-led meetings and workshops for club committees.
