3 Social Secretary Positions

• Organise and coordinate all weekly socials and ensure they run smoothly.
• Establish and maintain frequent communication with the venues used for socials (RPP, Packhorse, Popworld).
• Responsible for contacting and making arrangements at all pubs for the Otley Run, as well as ordering the t-shirts.
• Coordinate and organise all Tour arrangements, Pre-tour and tour stash.
• Organise key social events including: Christmas curry, Duke of Bin, Snakebite challenge and Beer Olympics.
• Coordinate with the Alumni Secretary and the Girl’s club to organise Alumni Weekend and the Ball.
• Ensure LUU social guidelines are followed at all times.
• Attend all committee meetings.
• Attend compulsory Union-led meetings and workshops for club committees.
