- Act as the first point of contact for Yorkshire league managers for Saturday game organisation and rearrangement.
- Ensure suitable travel arrangements have been made for any away Saturday fixtures.
- Liaise with the Weekend team captains to ensure a squad has been selected on the Monday of the week of the match.
- Attend all committee meetings.
- Attend all compulsory Union-led events for club committees.
