EXEC COMMITTEE

• Coordinate the day to day running of the club.
• Coordinate and oversee all major events including: freshers fair, freshers trials, distribution of playing kit, Varsity, all charity events, registration of new club members, Christie Cup, Alumni Weekend, Ball. 
• Coordinate and lead committee meetings. 
• Serve as the face of the club and first point of contact for the Union and other external parties, particularly in the event of any formal complaints. 
• Responsible for the development of the club across all aspects: performance, admin, alumni engagement, charity work, inclusivity etc.
• Organising the AGM and committee handover.
• Take the lead on resolving any issues faced by the club or its members. 
• Act as a member of the Disciplinary Committee, responsible for resolving all club disciplinary incidents, deciding on punishment for members involved if appropriate and reporting a summary of the incident to the Union. 
• Attend all compulsory Union-led events for club committees. 
• Act as a role model to other club members.
• Attend any disciplinary meetings with the union.
