EXEC COMMITTEE

• Responsible for the finances of LUUMHC
• Responsible for efficient budgeting of the club’s funds, including: management of the club’s outgoings aligned with the deposits of funding from the union, doing a comprehensive budget for the union as part of the application for the following year’s funding
• Managing invoices for all outgoings, including: coaching, transport, umpires, equipment, match teas and any fines incurred.
• Responsible for overseeing the collection of match fees within each team. Required to coordinate with captains to ensure that match fees are collected by captains on a weekly basis.
• Ensuring members have paid for membership in order to meet the budgeted revenue from membership payments.
• Act as a member of the Disciplinary Committee, responsible for resolving all club disciplinary incidents, deciding on punishment for members involved if appropriate.
• Attend all compulsory Union-led events for club committees. 
• Attend any disciplinary meetings with the union. 
• Attend all committee meetings.
