The responsibilities of the role as as follows:

* Is primarily involved in facilitating clear communication within the society!
* Is involved in taking detailed minutes (notes) of meetings and ensuring committee members have access to these.
* Completes necessary paperwork for events, socials, and sports sessions.
* Creates and maintains contact lists of members of our society, ensuring efficient communication between committee and members.
* Is involved in room bookings for any weekly sessions (e.g. sanskaar or music).
