Salam everyone!
I’m Farah, and I’m running to be your next Co-President!
This year, I’ve been proud to play an integral role on the committee, recruiting new members, organising numerous events & collaborations, whilst liaising with various other societies. I’ve become a familiar face which both members and fellow committee feel comfortable approaching with any issues, which I always strive to resolve with care and commitment.
Our society raises funds which directly support Sudanese families impacted by the war, a cause that’s deeply personal to all of us. As president, I will ensure our continued commitment to this cause and do everything I can to make certain we keep making a real difference in the lives of our brothers and sisters back home.
This society has truly become a home away from home for so many of us, and I’m dedicated to building on that, creating an even stronger, more connected community.
