Oversee the running of the whole committee. Delegate tasks as required. Make sure everything runs on time and smoothly.
Book rooms at the start of each semester for life drawing and workshops of that semester.
Timetable all life drawing sessions and workshops before the start of each semester, to be posted on Instagram – ensure a diverse range of themes, mediums and topics across the year.
Plan and run committee meetings- minimum of one per semester, additional ones as required/ if new committee members join throughout the year.
Ensure all committee members understand the details of their roles, what they have to do, and when.
Run additional EGM’s throughout the year if new committee members are required (due to additional events/ people stepping down).
Create events and upload tickets to Engage for both life drawing sessions and workshops in advance.
Plan collaborations with other societies before the start of each term.
