Roles and Responsibilities of Secretary:
- To be able to prepare in coordination with the president the agenda for the society’s meetings.
- To be able to ensure that all members are kept informed about dates, times and venues for meetings.
- To be a clear and skilled communicator.
- Be organised and reliable.
- Responsible for keeping people informed about the society’s activities.
- To come up with creative ideas for the society to take forward.
- To be able to communicate with other staff members about upcoming ideas and organise meetings with them if need be.
