I would like to run for the position of Community sec because I would like to help get as many people as possible involved in women’s basketball. It’s such an amazing and inclusive society where I have met some of my favourite people at university! It’s really important to me to promote this amazing society and get more people involved. Especially those who haven’t played before, so they can learn more about this incredible sport in a safe and welcoming environment. I would love to organise and promote the GIAG sessions and sort out the Dev matches , to provide game experience for everyone that wants it!

I am a friendly and sociable person who always strives to make everyone feel included, so I think I will do well in this role and ensuring that all the members of the society feel embraced. In addition to this, I strongly believe that I would be a good point of contact for members and the well being of the society is of paramount importance to me - so I would always make sure people know they can message me about anything. This year of basketball has been a massive slay and I would love to do my bit to preserve this slay legacy.
