Hello lovely people,

Yes... I caved... I am putting myself forward for Pres. Having been involved in the society for two years now (eek), I am now nominating myself to taking the seat at the top of it all. For those of you that don't know, I was social sec for this most recent year. Social sec was fun but it is time to hang up the boots, in my final year I cannot be committing to the mischief nights out. As pres, I will oversee all the committee and ensure the committee and society are all tight knit. Although I might be taking on a placement in Leeds next year (keep your fingers and toes crossed) I promise to be involved as much as possible, in attending trainings, games and socials. I have loved basketball since joining in my first year, the society have welcomed me with open arms and I want to echo that this upcoming year to build an even bigger group of amazing girls! I know so many of the girls have found a really great group of friends and I want to maintain this going forward as well as mix and learn from other societies. I want our give it a go's to be bigger than ever and to grow our devs teams!
