Hi I'm Shuya Sheng. I'm nominating myself for the role of conference lead.

For the past 3 years, I've been active as a member of Brainleeds and a committee member of Cutting Edge. Through these experiences, I developed a great interested in neurosurgery and many skills essential to run the society and cooperate with people. I saw the quality of events held by this year's members and wished to be part of it to add in my efforts.

I have attended quite a few conferences and helped out in some. I have also made connections with consultants through my placement experiences. Therefore, I believe I have the resources and skills to help coordinate the organisation of next year's conference and potentially make it regional or national.

I'm a dedicated person to my responsibility and I'm always approachable and friendly. I would appreciate if you can vote for me!
